What to ask an agency
How will you measure AI visibility, and can I see an example report? Which questions will you track, and how often? What content will you produce, and who checks it for accuracy? How do you earn third-party mentions without buying them? What technical changes will you make to the site?
A good answer is specific and admits uncertainty. A vague promise to 'rank you on ChatGPT' is a red flag.
