Write for extraction

An AI system reading your page is looking for a passage that answers the question it was asked. Make that easy: one question per section, the answer in the opening sentences, and supporting points underneath. Avoid burying the answer after long introductions or in images and PDFs.

Specifics help. A page that states what a service includes, who it suits, typical timelines or criteria, and the exceptions is far more quotable than one built on general claims.

Earn trust signals

Cite official sources for any facts you state, show when the page was last updated, and make it clear who stands behind the content. Cover a topic properly across several linked pages rather than one thin page. Original information, such as your own process, pricing approach or experience from real projects, is harder for others to copy and more likely to be quoted.
