What to include on each side

On the hiring side, count the full cost of the person, not just the salary: employer CPF contributions for Singapore Citizens and PRs, bonuses, leave and medical cover, recruitment fees, training time, equipment and software licences, and the cost of rehiring when they leave.

On the AI side, count the set-up work, the AI and software subscriptions, the time needed to review output, and ongoing maintenance as your processes change. A cheap tool that nobody maintains usually ends up costing more than it saves.

When AI is not the cheaper option

If a task happens a few times a month, the set-up effort may never pay back. If every case is different, AI output needs so much checking that you save little. And if the value of the role is in relationships, such as a senior salesperson or account manager, AI should support that person rather than replace them.

ForceMX has not published fixed prices, because cost depends on the volume and the systems involved. On a free call we compare the work against the hire you were planning and tell you honestly if hiring makes more sense.
