What AI does well and what it does not

AI is good at reading, sorting, drafting, summarising, answering repeat questions and following clear rules, at any hour and at volume. It is weak at situations it has not seen before, at knowing when something feels off, and at owning a relationship. It also makes confident mistakes, so its output needs checking in proportion to the risk.

That is why the useful question is not 'can AI replace this person' but 'which parts of this job can AI do, and who checks them'.

A practical way to think about it

Break the role into tasks. For each one, decide whether AI can do it end to end, AI can draft and a person approves, or it stays fully human. In admin-heavy roles such as bookkeeping, customer service or marketing execution, a large share of tasks usually falls into the first two buckets.

The human part does not disappear. It moves to review, exceptions and decisions. In ForceMX departments, our specialists do that review for you, and you keep the decisions that need your judgement.
