What usually happens

In growing companies, AI tends to remove the backlog rather than the people: the invoices that were always late, the enquiries answered the next day, the reports nobody had time to write. Staff spend less time on data entry and copy-pasting, and more on the work that needs a person.

Roles do change. Someone who spent their day keying in receipts may now review exceptions and handle supplier queries. That shift needs training and a clear explanation of why it is happening.

How to bring your team along

Tell people early what is changing and why. Involve the people who do the work in designing the new process, because they know where the edge cases are. Train everyone on the tools and on safe use, and name one or two AI champions per team who others can ask.

ForceMX's AI School covers this: hands-on training using your own tasks, a company AI policy and ongoing office hours so the new habits stick.
