AI workshop or AI course: which is better for a team?

ForceMX · Updated 7 October 2026

Short answer

Public AI courses suit individuals building general skills or a qualification. In-house workshops suit teams that need to change how they work, because they use the company's own tools, data rules and tasks. Many companies combine a live workshop to start with short self-paced lessons and office hours to keep skills growing.

When each makes sense

Choose a public course when one or two people need deep knowledge, or when a recognised certificate matters to them. Choose an in-house workshop when you want a whole team, or the whole company, using AI the same safe way on real work.

What happens after training

Skills fade without use. Follow-up sessions, a prompt library, champions and new lessons as the tools change keep progress going. Ask any provider what support they offer after the training day.

ForceMX's AI School offers live workshops and an ongoing academy with self-paced lessons and office hours.
