What champions do
Answer everyday questions so colleagues do not get stuck. Share examples of AI saving time in their team. Maintain the team's prompt library. Spot repetitive work that could be automated and raise it. Act as the first line for reporting problems or concerns with AI output.
Setting them up
Choose volunteers who are curious and respected by peers. Give them extra training, a little protected time each week and a channel to share with other champions. Recognise their contribution, because it is real work.
