EDG is aimed at projects that change how a business operates, not routine purchases. A well-scoped project to redesign processes with AI and automation, with clear outcomes, may fit under its capability-building areas. Enterprise Singapore assesses each application, and eligibility includes conditions on where the business is registered, its local shareholding and its financial position.
Preparing an application
Define the project scope, the expected outcomes in measurable terms, the costs broken down by category, and the timeline. Get quotations from the third parties involved. Do not start the project or commit to costs before applying, because costs incurred earlier are generally not supported.
