Questions to ask an automation agency

Which processes would you automate first and why? Who owns the accounts and workflows when the project ends? How do you handle errors and alerts? What happens when a connected app changes? Can you show a workflow you built and the documentation for it? How do you keep personal data within the PDPA?

Be cautious if the answers focus on tools rather than your process, or if everything would run on the agency's own accounts.
